1915 Commonwealth, an 8,912 square foot building in the heart of Montrose, has been fully leased. Purchased in 2019 by SFT Investments, the building saw a complete renovation. This project was assigned to the interior design firm AV Design Studio led by Andres Vanegas as the principal designer. He was inspired by the neighborhood in selecting design and color combinations that gave the building a contemporary and sophisticated look. Tenants include People’s Acupuncture, Faceworx Med Spa, and Bliss Creatif Studio. In addition, SFT Investments moved their operation to the building. The Landlord was represented by Lisa Rimkus of Davis Commercial. “
